The Group AI team owns Sky's enterprise-wide AI ambition, strategy and roadmap to deliver meaningful business value. The team works closely with senior stakeholders to embed AI into the fabric of how Sky operates, manages key external AI partnerships and ensures alignment with Comcast and NBCU.
As AI Product Analyst your work will be focussed within Corporate Functions, supporting definition of the AI ambition across Finance, Procurement, People and Spaces, Legal and other enabling functions. You will support function leaders to identify AI opportunities, evaluate solutions, drive adoption from pilots through to scaled implementation and tangible business impact. This is a unique opportunity to help shape how AI transforms the way Sky operates, identifying practical use cases and turning emerging technologies into solutions that deliver measurable value across our corporate functions.
What you'll do
- Partner with Corporate Functions stakeholders to identify business challenges, map processes, and prioritise high-value AI opportunities through the facilitation of discovery workshops.
- Gather and translate business requirements, document user needs and effectively manage backlogs in your functional area.
- Assess and recommend AI solutions, leading vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and commercial assessments ensuring capabilities align to business requirements.
- Design, deliver, and measure AI pilot programmes, defining success criteria and evaluating business impact.
- Partner with technology teams on integration and roll-out of off-the-shelf solutions and the design and build of custom AI solutions where relevant.
- Drive adoption and change management, working with functional teams to embed AI solutions into ways of working.
- Monitor solution performance post-deployment and identify opportunities for optimisation and expansion.
- Support portfolio tracking, governance processes, and reporting on progress and value realisation.
What you'll bring

- Experience in business analysis, process improvement, operations or management consulting roles with the ability to manage complex processes and design improvements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable tackling ambiguity and using data to drive decisions.
- Skilled in qualitative research and quantitative analysis, using visualisation tools such as Excel and Tableau to generate insights.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to present findings, insights and actionable recommendations clearly, influencing and engaging your stakeholders.
- Project management skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive initiatives to completion.
- Experience working with corporate function operations (e.g., Finance, Legal, Procurement, People/HR, or similar) with ability to quickly build domain knowledge.

How you'll work
