Driver Trainer

Location: Droitwich Depot

Salary: £16.63ph - £28.50ph plus £40 weekly allowance

Shift Pattern: 5 days over 7 – Tuesday to Saturday 12:00-13:00 start times or 5 out of 7 21:00-22:00 start times (must be flexible on start times on request due to training needs)

What we’re looking for

• Strong communicator with hands‑on driver training experience
• Confident delivering both practical and classroom‑based training
• Excellent knowledge of EU and RTWTD regulations
• Experience using digital tachographs and compliance systems
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an LGV C+E driver

Essential

• LGV C+E licence
• Driver CPC
• Experience delivering driver training

Desirable

• NRI (RTITB) DCPC qualification
• IOSH or First Aid
• Experience with telematics (Connexus/Tachomaster)

What you’ll do

• Deliver engaging driver training and development
• Support DCPC training and new driver inductions
• Promote safe and fuel‑efficient driving
• Carry out driver assessments and post‑incident trainingHelp improve driver performance using KPIs and telematics
• Work closely with Transport and Compliance teams to ensure best practice
