Childbase Partnership is seeking a Team Leader (room-based) for the Babies room at River View Day Nursery in Hertford.
This fixed-term contract runs to the end of June 2027, with 36–40 hours per week across 52 weeks, and varied shifts from 07:30 to 18:30.
You can choose a 4- or 5-day week and will lead the room team to deliver high-quality care and learning.
You will be an EYFS‑qualified early years professional, safeguarding champion, and collaborative leader who builds strong relationships
