Overview
Your new career starts here at Stagecoach, no experience needed. Earn while you learn – we provide fully paid training to help you gain your PCV licence and become a qualified bus driver. Based at our Herne Bay depot, you will work shifts covering early, middle, late, and 4‑day week duties.
Responsibilities
- Complete industry‑leading training, secure your PCV licence, and undertake ongoing CPC training as part of the Level2 Bus Driver Apprenticeship.
- Drive the fleet safely, smoothly and confidently on all shift types.
- Ensure every customer has a great journey by providing excellent customer service.
- Create a welcoming environment where passengers feel respected, cared for and looked after, especially those who rely most on us.
- Support the safe operation of our fleet and maintain professional standards at all times.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18 with a full UK driving licence and no more than 6 penalty points.
- Right to work in the UK (minimum 183 days in the UK as per DVLA requirements).
- Patient, safe and courteous driving style.
- Positive, friendly attitude and a passion for delivering great customer service.
- Willingness to learn and be part of a collaborative team.
