Living Things is one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK, with listings in every major grocer and in 20+ international markets.
We are less than three years into our mission to make soft drinks that are delicious and guilt-free, and we are growing our team.
We are looking for people who want real ownership and the chance to build one of the UK's defining consumer brands.
The Role

Projects: you'll be the right hand to the founding team — a generalist who can pick up almost anything and run with it.
You may help launch the brand in a new international market in one week; the next, stand up a new internal process, pull together a board pack, and resolve supply chain issues.
You'll work across all teams and functions, filling gaps and building the things the business doesn't yet have.
Responsibilities
- Support the founding team with a wide range of strategic and operational work across functions.
- Lead or participate in priority projects, including market expansion, process improvements, and board communications.
- Identify gaps, organise resources, and implement solutions with a bias to action and ownership.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and maintain clear documentation and status updates.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in a fast-paced environment — startup, consulting, or similar high-tempo setting.
- A sharp generalist who can switch between strategy, execution, and hands-on work.
- Exceptional organisation and project management skills.
- Strong commercial instinct and comfort with numbers and analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work directly with founders and senior partners.
- Bias to action, high ownership, and the ability to remain calm under pressure and ambiguity.
- Willing to be office-based in London, working closely with the founding team.
