Head of Property - Bristol

HCB Widdows Mason is excited to announce an opportunity for a strategic and talented Head of Property to lead our Bristol Property Team. This key position requires an individual with a robust background in property law, exceptional leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing client relationships and driving business growth. Key responsibilities Heading the property team in Bristol, managing and mentoring. Overseeing a diverse workload encompassing residential property transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders. Driving the growth and development of the property practice through effective business development strategies. Providing expert legal advice and support to clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency within the department. Managing departmental budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation. Staying updated with market trends and maintaining a proactive approach to evolving legal issues in property law. Qualifications Qualified solicitor with significant experience in property law, preferably at a senior level. Proven track record in managing a successful property team or department. Excellent leadership, management, and mentorship skills. Strong business development acumen and client relationship management experience. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle complex legal issues with a client-focused approach. Keen understanding of residential and commercial property markets. Proficiency in case management systems and relevant legal software.
