We're seeking a Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor (HSE) professional to join our team covering Waltham Forest, Welwyn and Hatfield.

The role

In this role, you'll work closely with operational teams, site managers and project stakeholders to support the delivery of our Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) Management System (i MS).

You'll play a key role in identifying hazards, reducing risk and driving continuous improvement, helping to create and maintain high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality performance across our operations.

As a trusted advisor, you'll champion HSEQ initiatives, provide practical guidance and support, and help ensure compliance with legislation, company policies and industry best practice.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about health, safety and environmental excellence and enjoys working with people to drive positive change.

You’ll be confident communicating with colleagues at all levels, capable of providing practical solutions and motivated by improving standards across a busy operational environment.

To be successful, you’ll hold a NEBOSH General Certificate, NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent qualification, alongside experience in construction, property services, maintenance, housing or a similar operational setting.

Knowledge of ISO standards, CDM regulations or internal auditing would be advantageous, but just as important is your ability to build credibility, influence others and champion a positive safety culture.
