Our team members are the ambassadors of our business and we are on the look out for a passionate Delivery Project Manager to join our team!

As Delivery Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of new-build developments and major refurbishment projects across the UK and Europe, primarily during RIBA Stage 5.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of complex construction projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

You will oversee projects from commencement through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

The role includes managing budgets and project contingency, reporting progress to senior stakeholders, driving continuous improvements, managing risk and collaborating closely with internal teams, consultants and contractors.

Please be aware this role is a hybrid position , working across new developments throughout the UK and Europe, local David Lloyd Clubs and from home as required, travel is to be expected 2-3 days per week increasing or decreasing upon programme status.

About you

  • Strong experience delivering complex new-build construction projects.
  • Construction-related degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience working on construction projects across Europe.
  • Solid knowledge of building services, utilities, planning, and project delivery.
  • Excellent budget, programme, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
