Key Responsibilities
- Maintain company systems, databases, records and document repositories.
- Support document control, version management, approvals and distribution.
- Assist with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety records, audits and compliance evidence.
- Produce reports, maintain KPI information and monitor deadlines.
- Support policy and procedure updates, review schedules and improvement actions.
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes, workflows and reporting.
About You
- Experience in technical administration, systems administration , compliance administration or a similar role.
- Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach with a continuous improvement mindset.
Desirable
- Experience supporting Quality, Environmental or Health & Safety systems.
- Knowledge of ISO standards such as or 45001.
- Experience with ERP, management system or document management platforms.
