Responsibilities
- As an Assistant General Manager, live and breathe our brand and values, motivating and engaging a team.
- Ensure the Nando's customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels.
- Be an integral part of the restaurant leadership team and drive the development of your team, spotting great talent for managers of the future.
- Support a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with energy and leadership.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications / Experience)
- Previous management experience with bucket-loads of energy to inspire and motivate.
- You are customer-obsessed and excited by delivering the PERi-PERi experience to customers, whether in-restaurant or in their home.
- A passion for people, food and hospitality; strong desire to learn and develop.
- Strong leadership to drive development of your team and identify talent for future management roles.
