Male Clean Team Member in Guildford

Clean Team Member – Guildford FWC | Cleaning | Permanent contract | Part time

£27,248 pro rata.

Male Cleaner – 4 hours every Thursday 6:00pm – 10:00pm.

We work on the bank, meaning you are not contracted to a set number of hours per week but instead work on an ad‑hoc basis that suits the needs of the business and your availability.

As part of the Nuffield Clean Team at our gym, you will organise your work and plan your time with assistance from a Team Leader to ensure that cleaning never gets in the way of a customer’s experience. You will use the latest cleaning equipment and products and will receive a first‑class training programme. Your friendly nature and good communication skills will help when interacting with colleagues and customers.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare a range of areas at our club.
• Show genuine care for our customers.
• Take pride in your work.
• Be well‑organised and ensure cleaning processes are followed, keeping the location clean, pleasant and safe for customers.
• Use equipment safely (scrubber dryers, rotary machines, carpet cleaners).
• Be responsible for a variety of tasks, including gym, changing rooms, showers and poolside cleaning, waste removal and periodic deep cleaning.
