Operations Manager – Group Schools

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage a group of schools, which will be a mix of primary schools, secondary schools and colleges.

This is a 52‑week role working Monday–Friday.

Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.

The successful applicant will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure.

Salary depends on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate teams and develop them to deliver high quality service.
  • Create strong client relationships across the portfolio of schools.
  • Roll your sleeves up and provide hands‑on support to teams when needed.
  • Live by the KPIs of Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.
