- What You’ll Do
- Manage a portfolio of specifications, lead the creation and approval of assessment materials and ensure everything we produce meets the highest regulatory, academic, and ethical standards.
- Work with senior associates, regulators, and internal teams to ensure our assessments set expectations rather than meet them.
- Line‑manage a small group of Assessment Coordinators.
- Use assessment design expertise, data analysis and confident decision‑making to keep quality and fairness at the core.
- Communicate, collaborate and provide calm leadership when the situation becomes complex.

They manage a portfolio of specifications and are accountable for the quality of assessment materials, ensuring compliance at every stage – creation, standardisation, marking, moderation, grading and boundary setting.
