The purpose of this placement is to assist the sales brokers in our Commercial Jets division. You will be responsible for assisting with ad‑hoc administration and tasks all whilst learning first‑hand what goes into ensuring a group charter is carried out to the highest of standards.
- Assisting brokers with their portfolio of clients
- Developing an expert understanding of the Commercial aircraft and chartering process
- Liaising with clients, airlines and airports
- Assisting the broker with charter bookings from enquiry to post‑flight report
- Flight watching/overseeing flight departures and flight repping
- Ad‑hoc administration tasks
The Placement
Duration: 12 months, ideally starting September 2026.
Based at our Surbiton Headquarters.
Working hours will vary but predominantly 09:00 – 17:30 Monday‑Friday. The nature of the industry means flexibility is required.
Training will be provided. Travel opportunities will be given.
Key Skills & Experience
The successful candidate must be currently studying, ideally working towards a degree in Aviation, Airline, Airport or Business Management.
- An interest in sales and/or aviation is essential.
- Previous experience working in a customer‑facing role.
- Hardworking and flexible (this is simply not a 9‑5).
- Exceptional communication skills; fluency in a second language is an advantage.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Strong resilience with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Flexible with the ability to travel often and at times, with short notice.
- Must live within a commutable distance to the job location.
- Driver's licence desirable.
Contract and Compensation
- £25,000 per annum starting salary.
- 22 days’ holiday per year.
