Role Overview
We are looking for candidates with hands‑on experience in a similar environment to join our stores and warehouse team.
The position involves general storehouse functionalities and providing material support to the production lines.
You will be a Storekeeper (internally known as a Production Operative) and may be required to move around the factory and work in other areas.
Full training will be provided.
Working Hours
Day shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 16:30, and Friday 08:00 - 13:30 (37.5 hours per week). Late shifts may be required Monday to Wednesday 16:15 - 02:15 and Thursday 16:15 - 01:45.
Responsibilities
- Daily use of the Logistic Information System (EFACS)
- Ensure all stock is issued correctly once picked
- Ensure relocated stock is changed on EFACS
- Report low stock quantity on high use items to Cell Leader
- Report all inability to issue
- Ensure all stock is clearly labelled and correctly packaged
- Loading and unloading of vehicles (FLT operators only)
- Moving stock and banding pallets
- Assisting with annual stock‑take
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a stores or warehouse worker or similar role (desired but not essential, as full training is provided)
- Good understanding of how production equipment works
- FLT licence (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of basic safety rules and precautionary measures (safety gear will be provided)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work both during the stated hours and on late shifts when required
