- Key Accountabilities
- Utilise digital systems, Common Data Environments (CDE), and industry-standard software such as Dalux and Procore to support project delivery.
- Modify 2D models and develop proficiency in 3D modelling practices under the guidance of line management.
- Develop an understanding of project-specific BIM documentation, including BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), Master Information Delivery Plans (MIDPs), and Employer's Information Requirements (EIRs).
- Prepare clear reports summarising project activities, including site visits and technical observations.
- Gain an understanding of commonly used forms of contract, including NEC and JCT.
