Overview
Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self‑serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, delivering high quality vending solutions across 16 countries. In the UK we serve around 3,500 businesses daily and provide a national service to workplaces, schools, universities and hospitals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all vending machines are filled and cleaned to company and hygiene standards.
- Complete stock and cash controls for machines and company vans.
- Fix occasional faults on machines (e.g., cup jams, blocked mixing bowls) and report faults to the Service Desk.
- Report accidents, unfit foods and customer complaints to the Area Manager or Service Desk the same day.
- Provide training for new starters and team members requiring upskilling.
- Maintain a high level of customer care and presentability.
- Conduct regular audits and quality checks on Retail Merchandisers' machines as instructed by the Area Retail Manager.
- Communicate any required follow‑up actions with the Retail Merchandiser and Area Manager.
- Report machines below Automatic Vending Association hygiene standards to the Area Manager.
- Cover sites in a van or at static locations, using public transport as required.
- Be flexible and responsive to changes.
Requirements
- Right to work permanently in the UK.
