- Salary: £70-88K (plus up to 20% bonus, car allowance and private healthcare cover)

Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to translate business objectives into scalable technology and process solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to identify opportunities for improvement across the customer journey.
- Lead solution design activities, analyse operational performance, and ensure systems, processes and technology align with strategic goals, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape and deliver transformation initiatives.
- Influence key decision-making and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Improve operational efficiency, enhance service delivery, and identify opportunities to leverage digital and AI-enabled solutions to support business growth.
