Contract: Full-time, fixed-term contract (FTC) for 15 months
Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £28,186.33 per annum
Role: Administrator supporting the Operational team in housing repairs, maintenance and regeneration services for public and private sector clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Operational team and Partnering Manager
- Engage with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders professionally via phone and email
- Raise and process orders, ensuring correct certification for each property
- Maintain accurate paperwork, ensuring jobs are coded correctly and records are up to date
- Produce reports for management, including profit percentages and performance updates
- Build effective working relationships with supervisors, housing teams, and contractors to ensure efficient service delivery
- Support the team with scheduling, record-keeping, and general administration
Qualifications / Skills
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and job management systems
