Based in London, you'll be able to tap into our impressive benefits package, with a 50% split on labour jobs and £40 per hour rate for call-out jobs.

Responsibilities
- Completing refurbishment projects, including full kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, full house renevations, roofing works, garending and external works.
- Conducting thorough property inspections to identify maintenance requirements and potential issues, ensuring accurate assessment for optimal quoting.
- Performing scheduled repairs and refurbishments promptly and efficiently to maximise earning potential through increased job completion rates.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and other maintenance-related problems with precision to provide accurate quotes and minimize material costs.
- Utilising specialised tools and equipment to carry out works and installations effectively, enhancing efficiency and profitability on each job.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards during all maintenance activities, safeguarding against potential liabilities and preserving earnings.
- Maintaining accurate records of maintenance work, including job details, materials used, and hours worked, facilitating efficient billing processes, and maximising earnings transparency.
- Communicating effectively with Optimal, providing updates on job progress through CRM system, and addressing any concerns or questions, fostering trust and facilitating successful quoting processes.
Skills / Experience / Competence
- With a minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction trade.
- Proficient in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and joinery skills.
- Holder of a DBS Certificate/check.
- Demonstrating skills in diagnosing and conducting on-site repairs, sourcing materials, and maintaining high standards of work.
- Reliable and dedicated to delivering work of the highest standard consistently.
- Ability to confidently quote and win work.
- Proficient in using smartphone.
- Have own van, tools and insurance.
