Waythrough is seeking a Complex Needs Practitioner to deliver intensive, person-centred support to individuals experiencing gambling-related harm across Herefordshire & Worcestershire. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, manage your own caseload and coordinate with partner agencies to ensure timely help.
You'll provide trauma-informed care, develop recovery plans and use evidence-based approaches such as CBT and MI.
