FX Post Trade Operations Analyst – must have 1 year’s experience in FX Operations/FX Settlements, SWIFT Payments, or Reconciliations.
Martis Search represents a City of London–based, global trading institution seeking a multi-asset class FX Post Trade Operations Analyst.
This role supports a global FX Trading team and requires on-the-job training with a minimum of 1 year of Operations experience and a proactive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform and support day-to-day FX post-trade operations, settlements, reconciliations, SWIFT payments, and related processes.
- Contribute to related project work and process improvements.
- Maintain accuracy and control in a fast-paced, multi-asset class environment.
- Code experience is advantageous (Advanced Excel, Python, VBA, SQL) but not essential; a self-starter mindset is valued.
- Collaborate within the FX Operations team; participate in knowledge sharing and ongoing learning.
- Office presence is preferred four days per week with occasional work-from-home options for more experienced staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Operations, FX Settlements, SWIFT Payments, or Reconciliations within a financial services institution.
- Detail-oriented, organized, adaptable to evolving environments, and committed to learning and contributing in a growing organisation.
- Willingness to commit to a multi-asset FX & derivatives trade support/operations role.
- Coding experience (Advanced Excel, Python, VBA, SQL) is advantageous but not required.
