George is seeking a Product Development Manager (Quality) for Adult Footwear & Accessories to lead quality strategy and act as the gatekeeper for safety, compliance and brand integrity across the product lifecycle from concept to production.
You will collaborate with Buying, Design, Sourcing, Sustainability and Compliance teams to ensure products meet UK/EU standards, drive material development and supplier performance, and deliver value, durability and customer satisfaction.
