About the Role
As a finance program participant, you will gain a well-rounded foundation in finance. You will have the opportunity to explore different areas and kickstart your career. The program spans three years, providing a comprehensive learning experience. RELX will support you in the completion of either the ACA or CIMA qualification.

Responsibilities
- Exploring various finance functions through three 12-month placements
- Completing tasks related to financial planning and analysis, reporting, audit, tax, and business partnering
- Supporting decision-making processes and ensuring financial compliance
- Engaging in accounting activities and providing financial support to different teams
Requirements
- Have achieved or are expected to achieve a 2.1 or above
- Be a new alumnus or set to complete studies in 2026
- Have obtained a minimum of 3 A levels (or equivalent), as well as a Grade 7 or higher in GCSE Maths (or equivalent)
- Be proficient in standard office software, especially Excel
- Be passionate about learning and open to on-the-job training for additional software packages/platforms
