Overview

As Field Service Engineer you will be a self‑driven, personable professional who prioritises delivering outstanding service to customers and colleagues. Based in the field you will install and maintain coffee equipment, water coolers, juice machines, boiler systems, and train customers on machine use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service through installation, repair and maintenance of equipment.
  • Carry out fault finding, diagnosis and preventative maintenance on coffee machines and other equipment.
  • Keep tools, equipment and vehicles in good working order and report any faults.
  • Complete online job sheets, timesheets and supporting documents before leaving premises.
  • Maintain spare‑parts stock via the Eagle App and manage vehicle inventory.
  • Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and report risks.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience as a Coffee Engineer.
  • Technical knowledge of Bean‑to‑Cup, BIFF, electronic systems, POU coolers, plumbing, vending machines, filtration and barista quality.
  • Proactive problem‑solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer‑service and active listening skills.
  • Strong communication with customers, colleagues and management.
  • Familiarity with local road networks.
  • Full, clean driving licence.
