Role Overview
Our Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) team is seeking a Facilities Manager to provide cover for maternity leave.
To oversee the management of operations, projects and PPM compliance in all London Campus sites.
This is a full time position based at our flagship office, One Creechurch Place.
- Role Responsibilities
- Oversee the management of day-to-day operations in London Campus sites.
- Oversee all major JCT projects from inception to completion.
- Mentor and guide the operations team to develop their skills.
- Mentor the Operations Manager to increase managerial skills and implement processes to drive team performance.
- Oversee the management of all licences for alterations and ensure they are agreed on time and executed thoroughly. Escalating any issues where required.
- Take responsibility for ensuring effective communication and accountability thrives within the team and that regular meetings take place.
- Oversee performance of contractors to ensure expected standards are met.
- Oversee office moves to ensure a swift transition is executed with no disruption.
- Audit processes and procedures in place.
- Encourage the team to create, follow and maintain processes and procedures.
- Organise 1-2-1s with the team to discuss their performance.
- Identify any shortcomings and implement new processes, procedures and structure where required.
- Oversee the PPM compliance performance to achieve 100% compliance.
- Oversee performance of H&S risk assessments to ensure they are being undertaken and remedial works are actioned in a timely manner.
- Report frequently to the Head of Corporate Real Estate Services.
- Role Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in corporate real estate services.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in facilities management including major projects and real estate service contract management.
- Strong commercial acumen and market awareness.
- Ability to build strong, effective working relationships and manage the project engagement teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience in a similar senior role.
- Experience with Monday. com (desired but not essential)
- NEBOSH/IOSH Qualification (desired but not essential)
