Home Instead is hiring Care Professionals to support clients to stay independent and happy in their homes.

The role includes providing daily task support, companionship and helping clients maintain their routines and wellbeing.

The position may involve driving to client sites, including rural areas where public transport is limited, for which appropriate car insurance is required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily living assistance and practical support to clients in their homes.
  • Offer companionship, build meaningful relationships and help clients stay connected with their community.
  • Support clients to remain independent and safe in their own homes.
  • Follow care plans and communicate any changes or concerns to the care team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Compassionate, friendly, resilient and reliable with a positive and adaptable outlook.
  • Full driving license and access to a insured vehicle to support clients who live in rural areas (driving may be required).
  • DBS-enhanced disclosure required for all staff.
  • Due to the nature of the role, sponsorship is not available for applicants from outside the UK.
