We are seeking a highly organised, professional and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Support professional to join our London office in Chancery Lane. This is a varied role combining executive support, office coordination and front‑of‑house responsibilities, ensuring our senior leaders are effectively supported while maintaining a professional, welcoming and efficient office environment. The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering exceptional service to stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Support:
  • Provide comprehensive executive assistant support to senior leaders.
  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling, travel arrangements and correspondence.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, meeting packs and other business documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute taking and action tracking.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across leadership teams.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve challenges.
Office Management:
  • Support the day‑to‑day running of the office, ensuring a safe, organised and productive workplace.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment and meeting room readiness.
  • Liaise with facilities teams, building management and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Assist with health and safety processes, office compliance activities and workplace standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office systems, processes and employee experience.
Reception & Front‑of‑House:
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and business partners.
  • Deliver a professional, friendly and welcoming reception experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, post and deliveries.
  • Maintain reception and communal areas to a high professional standard.
  • Support onboarding activities and assist new starters as required.

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional and confident stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach.

Desirable

  • Experience in office facilities coordination and vendor management.
  • Knowledge of health and safety requirements within an office environment.
