The Opportunity
As a Loss Adjuster Regional Manager, you’ll take ownership of a team of field‑based loss adjusters, helping them deliver exceptional service whilst ensuring the highest technical standards are maintained across the region.
You’ll play a key role in shaping team performance, supporting client relationships and contributing to the continued success of our business.

From mentoring adjusters and handling complex property claims to engaging with brokers and clients, you’ll be at the centre of a fast‑paced and rewarding environment.
Key Responsibilities
