DXC Technology is seeking a Training Lead to shape and deliver engineering training strategy at our Farnborough site.
You will build competency frameworks, roadmap curricula, and onboarding pathways for engineers across disciplines to support current delivery and future capability needs.
You will coordinate training delivery with internal experts, external providers, and digital platforms, ensuring content remains current with governance and processes.
Onsite work is required five days a week.
