Job Overview
As a qualified Family Activity Supervisor, you will lead your team to deliver the children's activities with structure and enthusiasm while encouraging the maximum participation of children.
You will deliver the club's children's activity programmes including the Core Club Programme, Holiday Active Programmes and children's parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a group of children with confidence and energy.
- Deliver children's activity programmes with structure and enthusiasm.
- Ensure all services delivered to children meet the requirements of the Children's Safety Guide at all times.
- Demonstrate excellence in customer service.
- Encourage maximum participation of children.
