What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the company's employer branding strategy across digital and offline channels.
- Manage and optimize the company's employer brand presence on Linked In, Glassdoor, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging employer branding content in collaboration with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders.
- Plan and deliver internal employer branding initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture.
- Support internal communication campaigns that reinforce the employee value proposition (EVP).
- Plan and coordinate employer branding campaigns for recruitment events and talent communities.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract high-quality talent.
- Track employer branding and recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- What You Will Bring
- 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or a combination of both.
- Proven experience developing and executing employer branding initiatives across multiple channels.
- Hands-on experience managing Linked In, Glassdoor, and other employer branding platforms.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate relationship management.
- Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and internal mobility programs.
- Experience creating engaging communication and branding content for internal and external audiences.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
