About the Role
A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Expert is the heart of our stores, responsible for empowering customers to be their best selves through expert artistry, exceptional product knowledge and emotional connection.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver world‑class artistry and an impeccable customer experience.
- Build lasting emotional connections and relationships with customers, team members, and management.
- Adapt styling approach to suit each customer’s needs in a fast‑paced environment.
- Maintain company grooming standards and achieve or exceed KPIs.
- Act as a brand ambassador, sharing knowledge with every customer.
- Support process improvement and collaborate with the team.
Qualifications & Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Beauty Therapy.
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in a fast‑paced beauty or retail environment.
- Experience applying makeup and adapting styles to diverse customers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for the Charlotte Tilbury brand and willingness to represent it.
