Job Description
Join the Global e Commerce team at the LEGO Group and play a pivotal role in expanding Licensed LEGO. com across new international markets.
As part of our global digital commerce organisation, you\'ll lead the delivery and day‑to‑day success of partner‑operated LEGO. com websites, collaborating with external partners across countries across the globe, with exciting expansion plans already underway.
This is a unique opportunity to combine digital operations, content management and global stakeholder collaboration.
You\'ll work at the centre of major product launches and campaigns, ensuring every Licensed LEGO. com site delivers an engaging, premium and brand‑perfect experience.
From coordinating global content distribution to analysing performance and influencing improvements, you\'ll become a trusted partner to markets around the world.

- Core Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and ongoing success of Licensed LEGO. com websites , partnering with international partners to continuously enhance existing digital experiences and launch new markets.
- Coordinate global content distribution and campaign execution , ensuring websites receive the right assets at the right time while maintaining exceptional quality and operational excellence.
- Champion LEGO brand standards , reviewing partner‑produced content and providing clear guidance to ensure all digital experiences meet brand, creative and IP approval requirements.
- Build trusted relationships with global partners and cross‑functional teams , acting as the primary point of contact to drive collaboration, solve challenges and deliver successful launches.
- Use commercial and behavioural insights to drive optimisation , analysing partner performance data to identify opportunities that improve content, customer experience and overall site performance.
- Do you have what it takes
- Proven experience in digital content operations, e Commerce delivery or website management, ideally within a global organisation or partner ecosystem.
- Experience managing web content, content distribution, CMS processes, QA or localisation, ensuring accurate and timely delivery across multiple markets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence external partners, uphold brand standards and navigate competing priorities.
- Excellent analytical skills, with experience using digital analytics platforms (such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics) to make data‑driven recommendations.
- Highly organised with exceptional project management and communication skills, comfortable coordinating multiple workstreams across international teams and time zones.
- Fluency in English - both written and verbal.
