Opportunity: We are looking for a e learning developer to join our team and contribute to teaching and learning in a world-leading centre of academic excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, understand and prioritise user requirements and estimate the development time needed for those requirements.
  • Manage development projects from planning to completion.
  • Contribute to teaching and learning in a world-leading centre of academic excellence.

Qualifications

  • Experience writing web applications using PHP 8+ or Next JS
  • Good knowledge of SQL
  • Experience with automated testing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in working with users to collect and prioritise user requirements
  • The ability to prioritise their own workload and tasks for projects with competing deadlines
  • An understanding of accessibility, equality, and GDPR legislation
  • Working at the University
