Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the smooth running of the club, including opening and closing during your shift.
- Prioritise member satisfaction, engaging with members and fostering strong relationships.
- Lead by example, support and guide colleagues while upholding the highest quality standards.
- Conduct tours for prospective members, highlighting the unique benefits of Nuffield Health.
- Oversee health and safety protocols, addressing any issues swiftly and effectively.
- Help achieve sales targets.
- Be able to swim to a high standard and be willing to undergo on‑site training to cover lifeguard breaks.
