Collection and Network Driver
Location: Dursley Delivery Office, GL11 5BB. Job type: Permanent contract. Hours: 20 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday‑Friday between 14:15 and 18:15.
You will be part of a team of drivers bringing trust to the doorstep and delivering for the people. The role involves more than driving and deliveries; it comprises checking post‑boxes, visiting post offices, meeting business customers at prearranged times to collect mail, and dropping it off at processing centres. You will sort mailbags and ensure each item reaches the correct destination on time.
Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver mail and parcels safely and efficiently.
- Check post‑boxes and maintain their condition.
- Visit post offices and business customers to collect mail.
- Drop collected mail at processing centres.
