Sales Assistant in Dunfermline

Salary: £26,695 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Location: Dunfermline – Plumb Centre

Responsibilities

• Serve customers on the trade counter by understanding their needs and providing product recommendations and quotations.
• Build relationships with customers to drive repeat business, enhance the customer experience, and maximise lifetime value.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing quotes promptly and courteously with a proactive attitude.
• Perform general warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems, putting it away, and picking & packing customer orders.
• Work full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08:00 – 17:00, with a rota basis for Saturdays 08:00 – 12:00, paid as overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous face‑to‑face sales and customer service experience.
• Team player, happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.
• Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
