Overview
We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to manage a group of schools.
Previous catering and operational management experience is essential.
This is a 52‑week role working Monday – Friday.

You should also be commercially astute and prepared to roll your sleeves up and help the teams when needed.

Responsibilities
- Manage a group of schools, ensuring high standards of service and safety.
- Lead and motivate teams, creating strong client relationships.
- Maintain commercial performance and help teams when required.
- Drive performance against KPIs: Health & Safety, Retention, Quality and Finance.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in catering and operational management.
- Strong leadership, communication and commercial skills.
- Willingness to meet KPIs and support teams.
