For nearly 4 decades, TS-UK Ltd has been a family-owned leader in security solutions. Founded by Terry Lawrence, they began by supplying specialised security locks to the cargo industry and steadily evolved into a trusted provider of electro-mechanical locking systems across diverse sectors. Today, they serve public, private, financial, healthcare, government, utilities, and commercial clients throughout Scotland and the UK. Now they are looking to expand their Digital Team by recruiting a Digital Applications Support Apprentice! This apprentice will work towards an SCQF Level 6 Qualification based in their Cumbernauld office on an initial 12 months fixed term contract.
Responsibilities
- Manage the team mailbox in Outlook, responding to customer and supplier enquiries, prioritising communications, and ensuring queries are handled or directed appropriately.
- Log jobs and update records in Big Change CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and coordinating job progress.
- Allocate jobs to engineering and installation teams using Big Change CRM.
- Process completed jobs for billing in Big Change CRM, create sales invoices in Sage, and upload to the factoring company.
- Prepare reports for management and customers, including converting maintenance reports into PDF format using Word, maintaining order book values, and updating the maintenance planner.
- Maintain and reconcile spreadsheets and reports in Excel.
- Occasionally assist the accounts department with purchase invoices, customer payments, CIS deductions, and nominal ledger coding in Sage.
- Use Teams and Co-Pilot to support communication, collaboration, and productivity tasks as required.
