Haleon is seeking a Design Governance Lead within the Enterprise Transformation Programme to ensure coherent, enterprise-safe design decisions across business and technical streams. You will govern interlocks between the Enterprise Transformation Business Design Authority and Technical Design Authority, driving traceability and alignment to design principles. You will embed the Design Governance framework into the overall Programme Governance, review readiness of design deliverables.
