- Work with Store Directors to empower the team to make informed decisions for customers.
- Support the store's objectives while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and coaching to team members, driving performance and engagement.
- Ensure operational standards, accuracy, and efficiency across store activities.
- Contribute to a positive working environment and effective communication within the team.
Qualifications
- Previous people and retail management experience.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexible and adaptable, with a strong work ethic and organisational ability.
- Passionate about people, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Experience in an optics business is desirable, but training can be provided.
