The Opportunity

As a member of our Customer Operations Team, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for our customers - solving problems, answering questions and making sure every interaction leaves a positive impression.

Whether it's over email, phone or live chat, you'll be responsible for delivering an amazing service that customers will remember for all the right reasons.

This is an ideal role for someone who's a true people person - someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with others and swiftly solving problems.

You'll be friendly, empathetic and reliable.

Just as importantly, you'll have great attention to detail, making sure nothing gets missed and customer accounts are kept up to date.

This role is a fixed term contract.

Working schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm, with flexibility to work 1 Saturday per contract.

Must be available to work in the office (SE1) on weekday shifts.

We have 3 fixed term contracts available, starting in August - two 6 week contracts and one 5 week contract starting from the 24th August.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to

  • Providing exceptional customer experiences across all communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
  • Process bookings, and keep all customer accounts up to date and accurate.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver a seamless customer journey.
  • Contribute to team targets and KPIs around response times, satisfaction and quality.
