Overview
Part-time Customer Relations Advisor position: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Responsibilities
- Handle a large variety of customer enquiries and complaints from first contact through to escalation, where necessary.
- Manage large numbers of customer telephone calls and web contact forms while maintaining thorough and accurate customer records.
- Keep sensitive customer data and financial records private and confidential, and be aware of data protection legislation.
