Join our London‑based Further Education team as a SEND Curriculum Manager and lead the development and delivery of outstanding, inclusive programmes that shape your student’s futures.
This role is offered on a full‑term, permanent basis and operates within the capital city college’s forward‑thinking leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of outstanding educational SEND provision.
- Work collaboratively with staff across departments to implement innovative and inclusive practices that support learners and colleagues.
- Line‑manage teaching and support staff, driving performance and accountability.
- Design, plan and deliver high‑quality, learner‑focused curriculum programmes from pre‑entry to Level1.
- Maintain a solid understanding of compliance, funding regulations and quality‑assurance processes.
- Use data effectively to improve learner attendance, retention and progression.
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure cost‑effective, high‑impact delivery.
- Prepare for and contribute to internal and external audits, inspections (e. g., Ofsted) and quality reviews.
