  • Manage and continuously improve the product testing process to deliver reliable fit, performance, and quality insights that support the development of best-in-class footwear products.
  • Manage the end-to-end product testing process and ensure timely, high-quality feedback from all stakeholders.
  • Gather, validate, analyse, and summarize tester evaluations, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Review fit and performance feedback with Product Development and support product improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Technical Services to investigate and follow up on potential product quality concerns.
  • Maintain and continuously improve the Product Testing Database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Support Testing at Source activities and collaborate with the Asia-based testing team on seasonal product selection and the Athlete Service Team.
  • Coordinate test events and benchmark testing activities, communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
  • Domestic and international travel required (approx. 20%).

  • Develop a strong and effective product testing network that provides meaningful consumer insights, supports innovation, and contributes to the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Build and maintain a reliable and diverse tester network to support seasonal and long-term testing needs.
  • Continuously expand knowledge of footwear construction, materials, and manufacturing techniques to enhance testing effectiveness.
  • Act as the primary contact for innovation-related fit and wear testing, supporting the evaluation of new materials, constructions, and technologies.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of the Digital Product Testing Platform in collaboration with IT and key stakeholders.
  • Onboard and train colleagues on testing processes, standards, and systems.
  • Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a culture of continuous improvement within Product Testing and across cross-functional team.
