ROLE EXPECTATIONS

You will lead the on-site team and all building operations, ensuring outstanding service, strict compliance and a beautifully maintained environment across premium amenities.

Most days you'll balance resident engagement with contractor oversight, financial control, health and safety, and performance against KPIs.

You'll be the visible ambassador for quality, problem-solving in real time and planning ahead to keep everything running seamlessly.

  • Managing budgets, service charge forecasting, invoicing, procurement and contract performance.
  • Handling resident communications, meetings and feedback, turning insights into service improvements.
  • Conducting regular building walks, quality inspections and following through on actions to completion.
