PVH in London is seeking an Analyst, Company Secretary to support CoSec and governance across the Group Legal function, with exposure to listed company requirements and the day‑to‑day operation of an in‑house Secretariat function. You will work closely with colleagues across the Secretariat, Group Legal and the wider business, handling director appointments, regulatory announcements and filings in a fast‑paced, international environment.
