Overview

Visa is seeking a highly organised and proactive Associate to join us on a fixed‑term contract of up to three months.

This role will provide flexible support across two Visa functions during a critical period at the start of the fiscal year.

The Specialist/Associate will contribute to a variety of projects and operational activities that help teams successfully launch and execute their priorities for the new financial year.

The role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to multiple parts of the business, work with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to high‑impact initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination and execution of fiscal year launch activities across multiple teams.
  • Assist with project management activities, including tracking milestones, maintaining plans and coordinating deliverables.
  • Prepare presentations, communications, reports and other business documents.
  • Support meetings, workshops and events, including scheduling, logistics and follow‑up actions.
  • Gather, organise and analyse information to support decision‑making and project delivery.
  • Maintain project documentation, trackers and records to ensure accuracy and visibility of progress.
  • Partner with stakeholders across functions to help drive execution of key priorities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency and team effectiveness.
  • Provide general operational and administrative support as required.

Visa requires at least 3 days in office; expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

  • Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point, Excel and Word.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across different teams.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous internship, project coordination, programme support or business operations experience.
  • Experience supporting cross‑functional projects or initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently while demonstrating sound judgement and initiative.
  • Adaptable, flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
