As a Collection and Network Driver you will bring trust to the doorstep, delivering more than just letters and parcels – you deliver for the people.
Responsibilities Your duties will include: Driving and delivering mail safely and efficiently.
Checking post-boxes and visiting post offices as required.
Visiting business customers at prearranged times to collect mail.
Dropping off collected mail at processing centres.
Sorting mailbags and ensuring each piece reaches the correct destination at the correct time.
Collecting and delivering election materials and certain mandatory items, such as food products or alcohol, in line with Royal Mail business standards.
Qualifications Upbeat, independent and self‑motivated.
Consider yourself a people‑person.
Enjoy walking for long periods and being outdoors in any weather.
Strong sense of community and pride in your work.
Looking for a role with flexible shift patterns.
Held a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
Benefits Guaranteed hourly rate of £13.68p/h (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours). 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to working hours if below 37 hours per week).
